Returns

We accept returns where there is a 'manufacturing defect' and will refund you for the original purchase price plus the freight you originally spent when you purchased the item.

We do not accept returns for 'change of mind'. 

Manufacturing defect
Please bear in mind that our products are made from the bark of cork trees. They therefore have a very unique look about them which reflects the natural look of this type of bark. If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at artisancorks@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery receipt. We will require a description and a photo of the issue before returning items to us.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We will respond with instructions on where to return your item to.  You must return the item in its original condition (unused) within 15 business days from the time of delivery receipt.  Please allow 3 business days once we have received your item back to process the return.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow at least 5 days for credit processing by banks. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
